Group Leader, Charging Infrastructure and Facility Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the management of the BSR charging infrastructure and plant management in the workshops, ensuring technical availability, safety, quality and cost-effectiveness, controlling maintenance, maintenance and testing, and working closely with the responsible electrical power (VEFK) and department management. You take over the team's technical and disciplinary leadership, including assignment, appointment control, assignment to new procedures and procedures, ensuring smooth communication, and the chance-oriented promotion and further development of employees. With your team, you will organize and control the operation of the systems you are responsible for, including coordination of internal and external service providers, interfaces to network operators and IT systems, and the implementation of risk assessments, test concepts and work protection, quality and environmental protection requirements. You conduct and prioritize technical projects in the area of workshop analgae, tank management and charging infrastructure, including planning, monitoring, risk and quality assurance, compliance with technical and legal requirements as well as cooperation with department management, workshop management, real estate management and external planning and engineering offices. You are responsible for budget, cost controlling, reporting and funding management in your area of responsibility, including economic planning and investment decisions, transparent reporting on plant conditions, availability, consumption data and costs, as well as identification and use of suitable support programs and derivation of optimization measures.
