Responsibility for the establishment and supervision of customs and external economic processes Self-employed implementation of projects, including across departments and companies Participation in process management, including structuring and documentation of existing processes Responsibility for process monitoring and optimisation as part of a group-wide internal control system and for any corrections of customs declarations Support for master data maintenance including classification in the Customs Tariff Support for companies from the Snipes Group in the operational customs processing and in the external economic processes Communication with customs administration, including authorisation management and supervision of regulatory audits.

Successfully completed studies as a graduate financer (customers), business lawyer, business informant or business economist Professional experience in customs and external trade and wholesale trade is desirable Experiences in project work and project management, experience from process management and compliance monitoring are of advantage High IT affinity and good knowledge in MS-Office and SAP Careful and structured operation Joy in dealing with people as well as pronounced communicative and organizational skills High load capacity Good English knowledge of word and writing
