For the Argentinian avenue 53 we are looking for social workers at the next possible time:inside/social pedagogue:inside, ergotherapeut:insides or applicants:inside with comparable psychosocial qualifications in full or part-time.

You take over and coordinate self-responsive measures of integration aid in the performance types of the individual population (EEA) and therapist community (TWG). You are responsible for the application, coordinate performance planning, provide qualified assistance and maintain documentation and reporting. You design social-therapeutic group offers and introduce their own ideas and priorities. You support the beneficiaries in their personal life: in the home environment, in day and week structuring, in financial and social matters, in work and employment, in building and nurturing social relations and in leisure activities. You advise and accompany the beneficiaries in dealing with their mental illnesses, in interaction and communication and support them in crises. You maintain networks and cooperate with participating offices, authorities, clinics, doctors:inside, therapists:inside, legal supervisors:inside, relatives, counselling centres etc.

You have a completed training or study as a social worker:in / social education:in, occupational therapist:in, health care and nursing:in, educator:in, nursing caregiver:in, pedagogue:in or over a comparable qualification. Ideally, you could already gain experience in the common psychoatrical field. You share our joy in engaging in the concerns of people with mental impairments and promoting their social participation. You appreciate the independent work in a reliable and supportive multi-professional team. You participate creatively in the implementation and further development of our offers, processes and our quality management system. A professional and respectful approach to the staff at eye level is obvious to you. You constantly develop and help us with your ideas in the development of a contemporary social psychiatry. You are routined in the application of common computer programs. Flexibility and reliability complete your profile.
