As Product Owner (m/w/x) further develop the product vision of a sophisticated software for the production of optical high-tech systems together with the Scrum team

responsible for the development of one or more software products in the context of complex production processes

guide the request intake for production and development departments and break down, document and prioritize individual development tasks in a Product Backlog

act as a contact person for the clarification of technical questions - assess issues together with the team and support the planning of sprints

create an interface for the agile and classic project world for the stakeholders in order to enable both short-term sprint planning and long-term milestone planning to implement the introduction of software products in production and act as a contact point for problems

perform the coordination with the other Scrum teams to further standardize architectures and support a self-organized team as Servant Leader

a successfully completed computer science, science or engineering studies or an equivalent qualification

Experience in the management of software projects, analysis of requirements and sound knowledge in software development

worked in agile teams and experiences in the role of Product Owner

a high process understanding and the ability to easily abstract complex problems (e.g. using diagrams)

willingness to take responsibility for development goals

an independent, team-oriented way of working and a high self-motivation

good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
