You guide the Fleet Manager team professionally and disciplinefully, develop your employees and ensure a successful introduction of new drivers. You are responsible for the cost-effectiveness of the order processing with our own fleet, planning the required driver deployment and ensuring efficient operational control. You support day-to-day operations, ensure smooth operations and continuously develop our processes to sustainably increase efficiency and quality. You analyze relevant key figures, guide optimization measures and consistently implement them to improve our operational performance. You conduct regular driver talks, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and work closely with the technical purchasing and the personnel department.

Multiannual professional experience in transport or freight logistics. Experience in leadership and development of teams as well as in controlling operational processes. Funded knowledge in fleet management and safe handling of relevant legal requirements. Embossed entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high number and result orientation. Structured working, initiative and the ability to actively promote change. Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a sovereign occurrence in dealing with internal and external contacts.
