Completioned training of technical informatics system integration or studies in the field of (economic) informatics Ideally first practical experience in administration or IT support Experience in handling Microsoft or Linux operating systems Very good German knowledge is absolutely necessary High service and customer orientation, communication strength and experience with ticket systems
