1st & 2nd Level Supporter (m/w/d) - hybrid work (remote & presence)

Your tasks: • You accept all internal enquiries about IT and telecommunications and documenfierst and classify them in the central ticket system You monitor and process open enquiries and disruptions in the ticket system • Together with your colleagues, you fix hardware and software problems by phone, remote support or on-site • You're raising IT skills yourself, or you're sneaking up with downstream instances • You manage the client environment, in particular the installation of operating systems and audiences

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed training as a specialist system integrafion desirable • First professional experience in IT support • Enthusiasm for IT • Solution-oriented and structured operation
