Design and implementation of social pedagogical individual and group offers Monitoring of participants within the course of the measure Support in dealing with existing impairments Development-promoting counselling and individual case assistance as part of regular consultation Action-related documentation Help with problems (e.g. crisis intervention, etc.) Ensuring the success of integration by stabilising participants Knowledge and use of regional and outpatient networks for rehabilitation Ensure interaction between actors (here, among others, vocational school, counselling centres etc.) As a social pedagogue (w/m/d) in a vocational training measure You help young adults to cope with inhibitions of integration by creating an individual basic stability in problem situations and develop a positive learning and working behaviour of the participants. A completed study of social education, social work, medical or special education, rehabilitation education or a comparable study A completed training to the state-recognized educator or work educator with relevant additional qualification (640 lessons) Disability-specific knowledge (e.g. study focuses, rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification, certificates of equal training) desirable First practical experience in dealing with vulnerable and/or socially disadvantaged young people Used in dealing with common MS Office programs Organizational and communication talent Self-responsible operation The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
