In the field of industrial plastic production, a dedicated support for production is sought. The activity takes place in a modern environment in which high-quality plastic parts are produced using automated systems. The focus is on a stable production process, careful quality control and reliable operation of the production machines. The work day focuses on the smooth control of the systems and ensuring a constant production level. The focus of this position is on the operation, control and optimization of production processes in plastic production.

• Set up, start and operate production plants in plastics processing
• Monitoring ongoing production and control of process parameters
• Removal, testing and sorting of the manufactured plastic parts
• Implementation of simple corrections for deviations in the production process
• Packaging and preparation of products for storage or shipping
• Support for retrofitting and cleaning work on the plants
• Documentation of production processes and quality testing
• Compliance with working, safety and quality standards

We are looking for

For this position, technical understanding, reliability and careful working in the production environment are assumed.

• Experience in production or machine operation desirable
• Technical understanding and interest in industrial manufacturing processes
• Careful, structured and responsible work
• Ready to work in the layer system (3-layer)
• Teamability and flexibility in everyday work
• Physical resilience
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
