Ensuring the complete technical condition of the technical installations to be supervised Responsible inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment (e.g.: heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation) Proactive repair and repair and implementation of control procedures Digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)

Technical training - recognized in Germany - e.g. as a plant mechanic heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, mechatronics refrigeration, central heating and ventilation manufacturer, gas-water installer Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course 5 years of professional experience German level B2 / driving licence class B
