For our Persona l- People and Development department, we are looking for a Head of Division for IT and Resources (m/w/div) Location: Berlin Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 29.04.2025 Call number: 21-014-2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E14 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The area of IT and resources with more than 20 employees within the Human Resources and Development department is responsible for the educational infrastructure of the DRV Bund. A special focus is on the provision and further development of the IT infrastructure in the educational sector of the house, as well as on the participation in transnational projects and topics with corresponding points of contact.

They run an area with more than 20 employees (2 teams) and support the department management in all technical, human and organizational tasks, including active application of management tools, personnel development and operational health management. They are significantly involved in the (further) development and implementation of the IT strategy and the digital transformation in the education sector, and, together with the employees, ensure the operation of the IT infrastructure in the education sector They support the department and department management in the conversion and maintenance of change processes They monitor and coordinate the procurement and award of IT and other infrastructure components in education

They have a successful conclusion of a scientific higher education (graduate, master or equivalent degree), preferably in business informatics or computer science, or a comparable degree according to the Federal Railway Regulation/Training Agreement You bring a multi-year current professional experience with leadership responsibility You have up-to-date knowledge of the IT infrastructure and the mapping of basic processes of a larger organization/enterprise, preferably in the field of education Network work and active communication to internal and external stakeholders are among your strengths as well as innovative thinking and acting as well as a result-oriented service focus
