Tax Specialist - Real Estate Management / Annual Financial Statements (m/f/d)

You control and coordinate all international tax topics within our group and act as a central contact person. You are responsible for the preparation of the annual accounts for our German companies with a focus on the real estate industry and work closely with external auditors. In close cooperation with the international accounting teams, you ensure compliance and implementation of our corporate accounting principles. You are the interface to the tax advisors in the countries where we are active and ensure a smooth exchange of information. You provide decisive contributions to the consolidated group consolidation in accordance with IFRS and assume responsibility for the German sub-area. You analyze changes in tax law, derive recommendations for action and proactively advise our management as well as the Family Office.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or a study (e.g. BWL, Tax Law) – a further education to the tax advisor (m/w/d) is a big plus. Ideally, you already bring professional experience in tax consulting, best from the real estate industry – but that is not a must. You work proactively as well as structured and enjoy working independently in complex situations. You are versed in dealing with MS Office (especially Excel) and communicate safely in German (C1) as well as in English (B2).
