Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You work as a Product Owner in the Tribe IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) and are responsible for the trading platform of the brand DAB. Develop a vision for the product and take over the prioritization and management of the product backlog. You define the increments that create value for our customers, while taking into account the Tribe strategy. This includes the following main tasks: You understand the needs and requirements of the B2B business partners and meet them in the product vision and in line with the higher-level strategy of the trial – regulatory requirements (e.g. MIFID II) You will guide a roadmap for the product, communicate it and continuously develop it You define Product Stories and ensure their implementation by the developer team You prioritize the topics in the Backlog and make sure that the right things are constantly being worked on, and thus the requirements of the customers: the requirements of the stakeholders and the resources in the team With the relevant internal and external stakeholders, you are in regular exchange for product development and are ready to support in case of queries in operational operation as a specialist expert

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You bring a completed study of economics, business informatics, bank-based training or comparable qualifications with You have several years of experience in securities business and know the regulatory requirements (especially MIFID II) for processes and reporting You also know the business and cooperation model of independent asset managers with a depot bank and have a good overview of digital trends and tools Ideally you have several years of experience as Product Owner in agile product development You can adapt your communication style flexibly to a wide variety of conversation partners: both in German and English
