You have completed training with at least three years in care. You have a further education to the practical manager and bring professional experience from various areas of care. You possess well-founded and up-to-date nursing knowledge and are ready to work into new areas of expertise. You are characterized by an appreciative, participant-oriented attitude and accompany trainees with educational feeling. You bring safe knowledge into the common office programs and are open to working with digital tools such as school management software and learning platforms.
