You continuously maintain and develop the EHS management system according to internal standards and legal requirements. The implementation and moderation of risk assessments, instruction and safety-relevant approaches is your responsibility. You analyse events and deviations and derive effective and sustainable improvement measures. Internal and external audits prepare you, accompany them professionally and follow the implementation of measures. You take on the technical responsibility for the law of interference in accordance with 12. BImSchV and related topics of process security. Create and maintain security reports, alarm and danger prevention plans as well as other security-relevant documents. HAZOP studies and process safety analyses guide you and guide them professionally. You support managers in the production of explosion protection documents and in the implementation of appropriate measures. In close cooperation with authorities, experts, external agents and internal interfaces, you coordinate security-relevant topics. Perspectively, you take over the role of BImSchG and the necessary further qualification is supported.

Complete studies in the field of safety, environmental, chemical or engineering. Recognised additional qualification for the occupational safety specialist (SiFa). Ideally, qualification as an incident officer*r after BImSchG / 12. BImSchV or willingness to continue qualifying. Multiannual experience in the environmental and industrial protection of a production plant, preferably in the process or glass industry, as well as sound know-how in process and plant safety (e.g. HAZOP/PAAG). Very good knowledge of hazardous and environmental law, technical regulations and explosion protection. Analytical, structured operation with high affinity for technical and process questions. Impressed communication skills and persuasiveness to employees and executives in EHS topics. Self-sponsored, responsible working and strong team skills. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
