Product Owner - Software Development Control System (m/f/d)

Professional support for a development team of 5-10 employees from Product-Owner perspective Break down the requirements defined by the Product Manager at Epic level on specific features and user stories for the development team Close coordination with the Product Manager, which acts as the main customer contact and is responsible for competitive analyses at Epic level Joint development of concepts together with the software architect formulation of clear, implementable user stories including clear acceptance/acceptance criteria Definition of test cases for acceptance together with the development team to ensure that requirements are implemented in a comprehensible and verifiable manner Care and prioritization of the backlog at feature and story level Active participation in agile processes (e.g. Sprint Planning, Review, Refinement) and ensuring a smooth running in the team Close exchange with the development team to clarify technical issues during implementation Ensure that delivered results meet the defined requirements and quality criteria Local travel activities

Technically: Multiannual, detectable experience in the role of Product Owner, ideally in agile software development teams Very good understanding of agile methods and processes (Scrum, Kanban) as well as safe handling of the common tools and experience in controlling requirements throughout the entire development cycle Ability to process complex technical requirements (epics) for developers in clearly structured, implementable units, as well as in the definition of acceptance/acceptance criteria and test cases Technical proximity to logistics and Plant engineering is of advantage but not decisive – your experience in the Product Owner itself is at the focus Good knowledge of German and English Personal: An open, team-oriented personality that seeks the professional exchange with the development team, software architects and the product manager A certain, clear appearance in implementation – you represent your requirements and prioritization decisions even when You first initiate discussions Joy of professional control through communication strength and persuasive power, not through formal power of instruction – the position is part of the development team and disciplinary as the developer assigned to the software development management Structured, precise operation with high quality standards, in particular in the definition of acceptance criteria Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style with a good sense of balance between requirements, effort and benefits
