We are looking for an experienced design and tenant coordinator (m/w/d) to support high-quality real estate and demanding office projects. In this responsible position, you coordinate external planners and experts and act as a central interface to demanding tenants. Their tasks are as follows: Control and coordination of external planners, architects and technical engineers, as well as internal project participants Coordination of planning and execution processes in larger, demanding construction projects Coordination of planning requirements with owners, project teams and exporting companies Care and coordination of demanding tenants during planning, development and transfer Examination and coordination of planning documents, dates, interfaces and project requirements Active identification and solution of interface and coordination problems Professional communication with all project participants – also in English

At least 5 years of professional experience in planning, project management, project coordination in real estate Experience in coordinating larger and demanding construction projects Safe occurrence in handling demanding tenants and external project partners Impressed capacity for structured coordination of complex planning processes and different interests Team-oriented, binding and solution-oriented working Very good communication and organizational capability Very good knowledge of the application of current MS Office programs German at native language level Good to very good English skills in word and writing High quality awareness and professional claim in handling high-quality real estate
