Payment & Digital Assets Manager – Blockchain / Tokenization (m/f/d)

In this role, you analyze technological, regulatory and market-side developments, coordinate cross-sector initiatives and develop new solutions for the financial industry together with internal and external partners. You combine strategy, innovation and implementation, create orientation in complex topics and represent the interests of our home in projects, working groups and bodies within and outside the Cooperative Finance Group.

You control strategic innovation projects in the field of future payments and digital assets. You co-ordinate DG Nexolution's cross-departmental activities in joint initiatives and ensure a holistic coordination between internal and external stakeholders. You represent the interests of DG Nexolution in working groups, bodies and strategic partnerships and continuously expand your network within the financial sector. You test market, technology and regulatory developments, evaluate their impact on our business model and guide concrete action recommendations. You develop new solutions and business models for the future payment and asset landscape together with specialist areas, banks, affiliates and technology providers.

You have a degree in economic informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in the area of payment, financial services or digital platforms and you are interested in future topics of the financial market. Ideally, you already have points of contact with digital assets, tokenization, digital currencies or blockchain technologies. You understand how to combine different interests, structure complex topics and successfully advance projects with many stakeholders. You convince by a safe occurrence, strong communication skills and the ability to professionally represent our company at management and committee level. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
