Your working day as a welder (w/md), plant mechanic (w/m/d) or industrial mechanic (w/m/d) Automated welding technology begins at Shopfloor 1, where you will vote daily with your colleagues and exchange important information with your shift guide, which will integrate you into your tasks. This includes checking the required materials and tools, preparing the workpieces and setting up the welding machines. You work according to technical drawings and specifications, perform welding and assembly work and check the quality of the welds. The close cooperation with your colleagues and adjacent specialist departments, such as quality assurance, is crucial. The compliance with safety standards and the promotion of the “Zero Harm” culture are your highest priority.
