How to introduce yourself Reliable, precise and timely implementation of all operational air freight activities Cooperation with all internal and external partners, including suppliers, gateways, customs teams, warehouses and other parties involved Use of qualified and approved suppliers for all KN HealthChain (GxP-compliant) operations and documentation of deviations in eQMS Monitoring of shipments and consistent tracking of all deviations Monitoring the operational performance of carriers and other partners Maximizing profitability through cost optimization Participation in the identification of process improvements and support in their implementation Cooperation with Sales and Customer Care teams in implementing new customers Daily correspondence with our global network in English

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the public sector Good MS Office knowledge Embossed organisational skills Team spirit, flexibility and commitment Good knowledge of German and English
