The “Software Configuration” team is looking for a dedicated Windows client manager who takes care of the Windows workstations of our workforce as part of the client management. If you have a talent for bundling software products and are willing to take responsibility for operating system patching and rollouts, then you are right with us! Package of software products: You will create and manage software packages. Operating system patching and rollouts: Responsibility for regular patching and rollout of new operating system versions. Managing the Windows 10/11 client system landscape: using SCCM/Intune and PatchMyPC as well as modern ITSM methods. Second Level Support: Competent consultation of users:inside and supporting technical enquiries. Testing and rolling out software: Close cooperation with colleagues:inside IT teams and various departments.

Complete study of computer science or comparable training. Practical experience in client management. Good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and office applications. Ideally well-founded practice experience in the administration of Active Directory/EntraID, Group Policies/Directives and MEMCM (former SCCM), better still Intune. Designed organizational and coordination center. Courage to face complex situations. Very good conceptual, cross-area and solution-oriented thinking and acting. High motivation, team skills and communication strength.
