Project responsibility: You take the damages on site as well as offerings, budget planning and calculation. From project planning to completion, you coordinate all necessary measures. Customer support: You advise and attend our clients in the fields of architecture, expert and damage regulation directly on site. Interface management: You sleep the bridge between customers, sub-contractors and your college and provide a smooth flow of information between all project participants. Team management & communication: As a communication talent, you will lead construction managers and project staff and ensure efficient cooperation. Documentation & implementation: You document all work steps and bear the responsibility for the timely execution of the construction projects.

Qualification & Experience: You have a well-founded technical or crafted training and bring at least two years of relevant professional experience in a craftsmanship. Expertise: Ideally, you have experience in project execution in the area of damage recovery. Right & Systems: You have basic BGB and VOB knowledge; Knowledge in handling ERP software is advantageous. Personal strengths: Your profile is rounded off by strong communication strength, team skills and technical and business understanding.
