What you expect: Self-assessment of selected topics and issues in the field of capital market law Development of legal positions and opinions for the BVR and cooperation in positions of the German credit economy (DK) and our European umbrella organisation (EACB) Representation of the BVR at national and European level to legislators, ministries and authorities Contact persons of our member institutes and regional associations in the specialist topics dealt with and support of bodies

What you bring: In addition to an above-average qualification, which is best demonstrated by predicate sexamina, you have a high degree of economic understanding Knowledge of capital market law is advantageous, but not condition Excellent mastery of English in word and writing Due to your precise functioning, you are able to understand complex legal issues and solve problems in a practical way Binding and safe occurrence, rapid understanding and high social competence also in contact with decision makers round off your profile
