Responsibility: You are responsible for the commercial support of our turnkey construction projects. This includes effective controlling to ensure economic project success. Strategic and operational Purchasing: You take over the operational purchasing of post-contractors and actively promote the further development of our strategic purchasing methods. Risks under control: You provide reliable risk management in the projects. This includes guarantee management, liquidity management and credit quality monitoring of our business partners. Legal competence: You cooperate in the design of the contract and are available as contact persons in construction matters. Commercial stimulus: You create reports and advise the branch manager strategically in all commercial topics. Visit the tour: It is your duty to guide buyers and other employees of the business industry professionally and disciplinaryly and to ensure their individual development.

You have completed their studies in industrial engineering, in business administration or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in controlling as well as in the purchase of post-contracting services – ideally as a builder (m/w/d).
