Part-time variant: (24 hours / 4 days per week) Early service: 07:00 – 13:00 Late service: 15:00 – 21:00 Full-time variant: (39 hours / 5 days per week) Early service: 07:00 – 15:30 Late service: 12:30 – 21:00

Your duties Personal reception and support of our guests at the reception Telephone information and advice on stays, applications & trips Table reservations & Day-SPA reservations Check-In & Check-Out including cash flow and invoice Creation of day mail, menu cards & in-house offers General Concierge activities & coordination with partners/service providers Care of guest satisfaction & professional complaint management other administrative tasks & order in the department Frictionless cooperation in the team and with other departments We work with ASA hotel software and the correspondence manager Re:Guest.

Experience at reception or in front office Joy of guest contact, cordiality & an open being Structured working and organizational talent Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (English of advantage) Safe handling of the PC Team spirit, reliability & an eye for detail No need, but of advantage: Safe handling of popular hotel programs
