Support in recruiting trainees and dual students Organisation and coordination of selection procedures, interviews and assessment centers Communication with applicants, trainers, schools, universities and external educational partners Participation in the onboarding of new trainees and dual students Support in the planning and implementation of training events, trade fairs and Azubi projects Care of applicant and personal data Creation of evaluations, presentations and HR documents Working with projects to further develop our training programmes

Continuous studies in the field of business management, economic psychology, human resources management, social sciences or a comparable discipline Interest in personnel management, recruiting and vocational training Independent, structured and reliable operation Communication strength and joy in dealing with young people Safe handling of current MS Office applications First experiences in the HR field are advantageous, but no prerequisite
