Total responsibility for the organisation, control and development of care areas Leadership of the care and care team with around 50 employees including personnel deployment planning and team development Construction and implementation of new structures and processes in the context of the new building Ensuring high-quality, room-oriented care and active development of quality and care management Cooperation with members, doctors, authorities and other external partners as well as external audits Participation in public relations and representation of the institution Close cooperation with the fields of household management, technology, administration and controlling Supporting the practical instructions in recruiting international nurses as well as participation in training management

Completed training as a nursing specialist, elderly caregiver*in or health caregiver Continuing training for nursing services or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in stationary, outpatient or clinical care Joy in working with people with dementia knowledge of service planning and failure management as well as ideally quality assessment guidelines (QPR) and structural model High IT affinity and good MS Office knowledge; Experiences with Vivendi are beneficial Organisational strength, structured working, team orientation and joy in developing concepts and processes
