Heinemann Elektrotechnik GmbH, based in Unterföhring, is a traditional company in the field of electrical engineering with approx. 300 employees and part of Salvia Building Technology. The range of services includes the planning and execution of high- and low-voltage systems as well as service and maintenance services for commercial and public contractors.

Construction of electrical projects: You take responsibility for the technical and organizational handling of construction sites in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. heavy and weak power plants). Coordination of the construction site: You control and coordinate assembly teams, super-assemblies as well as subcontractors and ensure a smooth construction process. Date, cost and quality control: You monitor the dates, quality and cost-effectiveness of the projects and make sure that all work is carried out professionally and in time. Interface in project: You are a central contact for project management, planning, customers and other structures at the construction site. Material and personnel deployment planning: You plan the use of personnel, materials and equipment and ensure efficient organization of the construction site. Documentation and billing: You will first measure, check performance levels, document the progress of construction and assist in billing the services provided.

Educational background: You have a completed training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics for energy and building technology, electronics for operating technology) – ideally complemented by a further training as master, technician or construction manager. Experience in the building management: You have several years of experience in electrical engineering construction sites and have ideally already coordinated projects or assembly teams. Organizational talent: You work structured, keep track of complex projects and find practical solutions. Communication strength: You will be sure to meet customers, partners and your team and will be happy to work with various project participants. Mobility: You are ready to work on our construction sites and have a class B licence.
