Inclusion of technical deficiencies and initiation of their elimination Monitoring of maintenance measures for housing, buildings and outdoor installations Procurement and settlement under the granted signature authorization Regular control of the district Contact care for our customers Housing and transfer Apartment visits with tenants Participation in rental meetings Takeover of emergency services Control of the commissioned craftsmen's services and the associated invoices

Completed, relevant technical or commercial housing vocational training Construction and commercial understanding Computer identifiers (Excel, Word, Outlook and Wowi c/s) High loadability, enforcement capability and flexibility Safe and friendly appearance to our customers and business partners Flexibility
