Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d)

Then, as team manager Logistik (m/w/x) oversee the disciplinary leadership of a logistics area at our location in Großzöberitz (Great Leipzig/Halle). Are you on it?

Process control & optimization: You continuously control, coordinate and improve logistics processes in your area of responsibility using relevant KPIs. Guided tour & coaching: You run a team of supervisors for a defined area, develop them further and take over resource and layer planning. Ensuring operational excellence: You ensure the timely processing of all transactions and compliance with SLAs in the daily business. Quality & Cost Control: You carry out quality checks, monitor productivity and costs and create project and process documentation. Cross-departmental cooperation: You work closely with other logistics areas to ensure smooth use of resources and coordinated processes.

Qualification: Complete training as a specialist for warehouse logistics, specialist warehouses or a comparable qualification - ideally with training as a logistics master or specialist for logistics systems. Alternatively, at least three years of professional experience in a leading position in logistics IT knowledge: Funded knowledge in MS Office and SAP Language skills: Very good German knowledge and good English skills Personality: Embossed communication skills, high level of commitment, enforcing ability and sense of responsibility Flexibility: ready for shift and weekend work (spring and late)
