(m/f/d) As an expert, you are part of the risk management team and responsible for evaluating residential properties in Germany and the Netherlands according to BelWertV. You work closely with the Bank's Pfandbrief office and colleagues in credit risk management and support the diversification of the Bank's financing through the issue of Pfandbrief.

Control and plausibility of Dutch occupancy assessments according to § 25 BelWertV within the scope of the transferred determination competence (after appropriate incorporation) fixing, processing and evaluation of Dutch and in the long term also German real estate security Examination and implementation of collateral releases Assessments of burdens and rights related to occupancy Processing of Pfandwechseln incl. voting and contract work Implementation of process improvements Treatment of management information on residential property assessments in close cooperation with colleagues from risk management and other departments Regular evaluation of external assessors Support in monitoring compliance with the Cover Pool Limits

Master with the focus on real estate financing/immobility assessment or a completed bank commercial training with corresponding additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of market success real estate credit, at best with reference in the Netherlands Experience in the exercise of credit competencies in the credit decision within the meaning of BelWertV Embossed Analytical Skills Very good communication and team skills Very good German and English knowledge, Dutch of advantage Safe handling of MS Office applications
