As part of the technical planning and the field of network development, the TNP-KO team is responsible for the planning, coordination and drawing of an implementation-ready solution of customer- and proprietary construction projects in the field of high, medium, low-voltage and data cable systems in medium to high complexity. Ensuring the performance of tasks within the organization unit by active, open, positive and secure management and professional guidance of employees in your team Leadership of development talks, ensuring the further development of the associated employees and responsibility for the staff disposition Contact care for specialist areas within network development such as technical project management, approval management, technical design and technical implementation Support for the field management, including in the implementation and further development of the digitalization strategy, as well as ensuring the independent implementation of the process digitalization by the employees Development of process improvements for the ready-to-use planning and participation in implementation in the field of expertise.
