Internship Governance, Risk & Compliance (m/f/d)

During your internship in the field of governance, risk & compliance (GRC), you will participate in the development, application and improvement of the integrated GRC system of the ProSiebenSat.1 group. You will get exciting insights into our three central systems - IKS, RMS and CMS - and learn how modern GRC processes work. This is what awaits you You accompany the further development of our integrated GRC system (IKS, RMS, CMS) and support the operational application of the three systems, e.g. in process and control processes (IKS), risk analyses and assessments (RMS) or the compliance program (CMS). In addition, the monitoring of our three GRC systems (IKS, CMS, RMS) involves, for example, the monitoring of self-testing (IKS), the implementation and preparation of monitoring calls (RMS) or compliance assessment (CMS). You actively support the development and automation of our GRC processes through the introduction and use of digital tools as well as organisational tasks, internal projects and cross-departmental coordination. You will also create documents for communication and training and prepare presentations for different stakeholders.

You complete a study of financial or business management or a comparable training or have just completed this. You also have a high affinity for the media industry and are interested in the governance systems. You bring a high level of learning and enthusiasm for the incorporation into new topics and are motivated to actively contribute to the diverse tasks in the GRC area. You also have an independent, reliable working style as well as strong team and communication skills. Secure handling of MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), good English knowledge in Word & Writing and reliable German knowledge round off your profile.
