The Königslinde am Tegernsee is a cozy restaurant with its own confectionery right on the promenade in Bad Wiessee. We stand for good food, fine cakes and cakes as well as a relaxed, warm atmosphere. Our own praise is not really ours – but we are really proud of our cakes. Quality, craftsmanship and taste are our focus. We are particularly proud of our Tegernseer Kirsch Torte, which we have protected as our own branding and which is now a real trademark of the Königslinde for many guests. With us everything goes at eye level: We are by you – in the team as well as with our guests. A respectful, honest relationship is important to us. And yes, it can also be stressful. That is precisely why we deliberately rely on technical support to make everyday work easier and more comfortable. An example of this is our service robot “Resi”, which supports us in operation. Attention! We would like to make one point open and transparent, as it is important to us: We have a strict ban on alcohol in the working day. This also includes the classic evening beer in operation. If alcohol is an integral part of the working environment for you, we are probably not the right company for you. Preparation of ingredients according to prescribed standards and workflows Preparation and dressing of food by in-house recipes and defined processes Cleaning and disinfection of work surfaces, appliances and kitchen utensils according to applicable hygiene standards Support in the à-la-carte business as well as in the food output during operation Organisation and control of stocks in compliance with the principle of rotation and hygiene requirements Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, safety and quality standards Efficient cooperation in the team to ensure a smooth kitchen drain
