The construction of Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. is the educational service provider for the construction industry in Saxony-Anhalt. His two over-company training centres in Magdeburg and Holleben near Halle are recognized by the Federal Institute for Vocational Training, the SOKA-Bau, the main association of the German construction industry, the competent national authorities and the employment agencies in Saxony-Anhalt as educational establishments for the construction industry. Koch / trainer (m/w/d) for the Mensa des ÜAZ Magdeburg

Your tasks:

• preparation of food according to recipes and specifications, taking into account food plans and possible specifications (e.g. diet guidelines, allergies).
• Set up and portion food for the output.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations.
• Working in preparing and organizing workflows in the kitchen.
• Support for the acceptance of goods, storage and inventory management.
• compliance with quality standards and efficiency in the use of resources.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a chef (m/w/d).
• experience in preparing large quantities of food.
• Safe handling of kitchen appliances and machines.
• Good knowledge of the relevant hygiene and HACCP regulations.
• Team skills and communication strength.
• Flexibility and loadability in a hectic working environment.
• Ideally experience in the processing of various dishes (e.g. hot and cold dishes, supplements, salads).
