Responsibility for factory controlling in the area of Consumer Products and for maintenance of the entire plant Close cooperation with factory management and department managers* for business management Analysis of monthly results, clarification of deviations with the responsible areas and preparation of results as a basis for decision Creation of budget and forecast as well as follow-up of cost development, in particular in the field of production and maintenance Implementation of investment accounts and economic analysis, e.g. for technical measures, replacement investments or optimization projects Creation of calculations and special evaluations to support operational and strategic decisions Identification of cost developments and potential for improvement as well as monitoring the implementation of appropriate measures Further development of existing reports and key figures for better control of production and maintenance areas

Complete degree in business management with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in factory or production controlling within a process or series-oriented industry (e.g. automotive, chemical, food, pharmaceutical or comparable production environment) Experience in the management of production areas and ideally in controlling maintenance, technical costs or investments Very good understanding of cost structures and processes in a production plant as well as interest in understanding processes on site Ability to analyse deviations, to develop causes together with the subject areas and to clearly and understand the results Safe occurrence and communication strength in exchange with factory management, production and technical areas Structured, independent and analytical methods combined with endurance and curiosity in the clarification of economic issues Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP) as well as very good Excel knowledge Very good German and good English skills
