About us At the Ilmenau site, you take on the overall strategic and operational responsibility for supply chain management. With vision, leadership skills and a strong understanding of end to end processes, you will ensure a powerful, transparent and sustainable supply chain. Your duties Total responsibility for the planning, control and development of all SCM activities at the site including budget responsibility Leadership and further development of the SCM team (about 10 employees) focusing on performance, motivation and qualification Management of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure delivery reliability, availability and optimal capacity utilization End-to-end Responsibility for enquiry, order and material flow processes - from procurement to delivery Ensuring efficient inventory and inventory management including definition of minimum and maximum stocks Active driver role in improvement and lean management, including KPI control, SOPs and cross-site optimization projects Your profile Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Similar Multiannual professional experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning or order management Proven leadership experience as well as the ability to clearly align and develop teams Very good knowledge of SAP as well as a strong understanding of key figures, budget and process control Very good English skills in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage Structured, analytical method combined with enforcing strength, communication capability and Lean mindset Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
