Process Application Engineer EPLAN / Digital Engineering (m/f/d)

The system landscape continues to develop and evaluate future-oriented and implement new technologies and functions in the CAD, EPLAN and Digital Engineering environment You coordinate and support our EPLAN users throughout Germany as well as specialist areas in technical and methodological issues Develop and maintain engineering standards, templates, working methods and system and license structures You provide central master files, articles and master data and ensure their quality and topicality You develop and maintain uniform data models and processes and ensure the standardization and quality assurance of macros, templates, symbols and technical data You design continuous system and data processes and develop the digital data transfer along the engineering and production chain When you automate engineering and production processes, your technical expertise You work closely with manufacturers, development partners and external service providers You identify the training needs, design and carry out internal training and coordinate external training measures if necessary

You have completed your studies or technical training in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification In electrotechnical engineering with EPLAN, you will bring multi-year practical experience and sound knowledge, ideally in EPLAN Electric P8, Pro Panel and the EPLAN Platform as well as in automation and scripting You are experienced in the production, structuring and standardization of electrotechnical planning documents Work with article data, macros, templates, master data and central EPLAN databases You sure You understand the relationships between engineering, work preparation, manufacturing and ERP systems and can translate them into holistic processes Knowledge of digital control cabinet production, digital twins and continuous engineering data are advantageous Experiences with integrated system landscapes such as ERP, PLM/PDM and MES as well as database, cloud and interface solutions are desirable. You are inspiring for digitalization, automation and consistent data models and pursue new technical developments with great interest You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and keep an overview of complex tasks You are convinced by your strong communication strength and ability to work together across the site with specialist areas, engineering users and external partners - thereby developing, imparting and establishing technical standards successfully and actively advance their company-wide standardization Good knowledge of German in word and writing allows you to secure communication in the team as well as to understand technical documents, work instructions and safety regulations
