Leading (disciplinary and professional) and developing a team according to our values for living together Own-responsible, earnings-oriented underwriting and customer-oriented processing of business incidents in the inventory and new business of industrial property insurance (in the context of the transferred powers of attorney) Analysis, design and assessment of insurance contracts and cover concepts Calculation and risk-based premium determination in compliance with the applicable drawing guidelines Controlling the planning and implementation of measures and actions to increase production, stock management and maintenance Support in standardisation and simplification of processes Participation in overarching tasks and projects in the field.

You bring well-founded knowledge and several years of professional experience in the processing of property or industrial risks in an industrial insurer or broker or in the field of product management/species management You have gained first leadership experience or experience in taking responsibility in comparable roles (e.g. project manager or product owner) You have a quick understanding and keep many balls in the air You've got Bock new things to (invent) and you've got proactive topics that lead us You understand how to motivate people and strengthen them in their development Making communication and contacts belong to your strengths You proactively ask the right questions to find the best solutions for all parties involved – your negotiation skills and your sympathetic enforcement strength are yours You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, insurance, or a comparable degree course and/or training as an insurance businessman as well as several years of professional experience in dealing with corporate and industrial customers in the property insurance segment Good English language skills in word and writing complete your profile
