During your internship, you as Product Owner support the development and introduction of an internal personnel planning app. The application is currently in prototyping and starts in August 2026. The app is to replace an existing Excel process. In your role, you are the central interface between executives, assistants, departments and development team and take responsibility for the organization, coordination and implementation of the product. These challenges include: Recording and structuring requirements from the fields Care and Priority of Product Backlogs Creation of user stories and acceptance criteria Coordination with development team, department and management as well as participation in regular voting and regulation dates Support for testing, problem clarification and quality assurance of the application Creation of decision templates and presentations Support for rollout and change management initiatives Documentation of processes, standards and best practice approaches The activity can begin from August 2026.
