Implementation of filter, drill down and analysis functions Construction of a dashboard prototype Derivation of recommendations for productive use in supplier control The MAW controls an extensive supplier portfolio for the procurement of assemblies and assembly services. A key figures and assessment concept has already been developed in an upstream scientific work. The aim of this work is the technical implementation of these key figures in a modern management dashboard that creates transparency over delivery performance, risks and needs for action. The work offers the opportunity to develop a permanently usable management tool for MAW and actively contribute to the digitization of supplier control.
