As a helper for metal processing (m/w/d), you can support the processing of metal parts and ensure that workflows are clean and reliable. In this role you are close to the material, work carefully and contribute to the quality and speed of everyday life.

• You help with the pre- and post-processing of metal parts and take simple steps on the work bench or on machines.
• Surfaces are cleaned, deburred or prepared for further processing.
• You sort, control and prepare workpieces for the next production step.
• Materials and workstations keep you tidy so that the process in the team works smoothly.
• With recurring activities, you work according to clear specifications and pay attention to cleanliness and accuracy.
• Controlled processes and reliable execution are just as important for you as safe handling of simple tools.
• You support where there is just need, and stay focused on several steps.

We are looking for

For this position you fit well if you like to work practically, be careful and feel comfortable in a technical environment. Start-up as assistant metalworking (m/w/d) is also suitable for motivated applicants with first experience or interest in metalworking.

• First experience in metalworking, production or a craft environment is of advantage, but no need.
• You work reliably, you like to pack up and keep track of repeated activities.
• Careful handling of materials, tools and workflows is important.
• willingness to work within the agreed working hours and to participate in the planned shift models.
• You are physically resilient and enjoy practical work with metal parts.
• Team skills and a clear, reliable way of working complete your profile.
• You also have good chances as a cross-comer with motivation and willingness to learn.
