In the Participation Management Group, we maintain the investment portfolio in compliance with legal, regulatory and strategic requirements and ensure the settlement of portfolio changes, including larger business transactions. Your future tasks include: Economic, commercial and legal analysis as well as commenting on the documents of holding companies, including, where appropriate, other specialist departments, on the content preparation and follow-up of committee documents, as well as on projects of companies Contact persons for participation companies in economic, commercial and legal issues in close cooperation with internal specialist departments Technical support of the internal control system with a view to the topicality of the described participation processes and their communication to the team Coordination of participation-related projects at the interface between participation companies, specialist departments and decision-making bodies Project work e.g. participation in purchase and sale, establishment, merger and cross-involvement topics Creating decision templates for the Management Board and Supervisory Board of the Berliner Sparkasse Compliance with legal requirements from the holding business (e.g. KWG, WpHG, AktG, etc.) in close cooperation with finance and risk controlling

You have successfully completed a Master's degree with a legal or business focus. You have several years of professional experience and are experienced in participation management. You have sound business and banking knowledge, in particular in the areas of accounting, financial modelling, investment analysis and corporate assessment. You have good corporate and regulatory knowledge or the willingness to work intensively on these issues, especially with regard to participation issues. You convince with very good analysis skills in complex issues. You work autonomously, committed and with pronounced quality awareness. You are a real team player and brings a very good communication behavior – both in writing and oral – with you. You show a strong change behavior and adapt flexibly to new framework conditions. You are safe to negotiate, even in critical and complex situations.
