Your tasks:

• Individual accompaniment: Support people with cognitive impairment and/or acquired brain damage that live in their own home, and allow them a self-determined life
• Promote social participation: accompanies clients according to their personal desires and needs, whether in their own apartment, on the way to work or during leisure
• Reliable support: Be part of our offer with 24-hour accessibility and design individual help in everyday life
• Knowledge: Accompanying and supporting trainees and interns with your expertise
• Teamwork and documentation: document your work reliably and actively engage in regular team discussions
• Flexible use: Work in early, late and weekend service

What you should bring:

• Qualification: You have a completed training as a cure nurse, educator (m/w/d) or a study of social work or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in working with people with disabilities, but this is not a prerequisite
• Soft Skills: You work independently, are team-ready and have fun in dealing with people
• Driving licence: You have a class B driving licence
