Civil Engineer Maintenance and Structural Inspection (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning and monitoring of structural maintenance measures. This includes, inter alia, the following tasks: You plan building tests in coordination with the plant managers (w/m/d) You coordinate and monitor external structural checks You derive measures from the test results and prepare state assessments You plan and monitor construction maintenance operations according to the HOAI LP 1 to 9 You take over the technical coordination and processing of engineering issues in maintenance in coordination with adjacent specialist departments of OOWV In addition, you are responsible for carrying out and monitoring structural checks

You can present a completed study in the field of civil engineering, preferably with the deepening of “Constructive Engineering” You have several years of professional experience in structural planning, structural testing and/or in the preparation of state assessments You are in possession of a VFIB certificate of construction examination or have a degree of further training for construction testing in civil engineering or a completed further training for the certified expert planner (w/m/d) for the protection and repair of concrete structures Alternatively, you will meet the personal and professional requirements (5 years of professional experience in the field of statics, structural testing or concrete repair) and the willingness to participate in the above-mentioned further trainings You are characterized by your analytical thinking, organisational skills and commitment Communication strength and team spirit complete your profile Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are owned by the rating class B Prerequisite for a development agency: Do you have a degree in the field of civil engineering with a constructive focus and have first professional experience in the field of statics, structural testing or concrete maintenance?

Then we also offer this place as a development site. Up to the existence of the above-mentioned training requirements, the grouping for a development period corresponds to the group 10.

Flexible working time regulation Employment in accordance with the collective agreement of utilities (TV-V) with remuneration in accordance with group 11 (incl. 13th monthly salary). This is a development agency which is grouped up to the existence of the relevant knowledge and competences in the 10 TV-V remuneration group.
