Mini-jobber in the service department for our DVGW conference centre (m/w/d)

As part of a slight employment at the Bonn site

You welcome and host our conference participants, colleagues and members You prepare meetings before and after and attend meetings and events You undertake general office activities within the framework of the meeting Your working time is twice a week 4 hours, either from 11:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 19:00, as required from Monday to Friday

Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the service You have German, English and already first experiences in dealing with MS Office Friendly appearance, a well-maintained exterior and good ways of handling characterize you You are a team capable and an organizational talent You understand the needs of our guests and have fun at personal contact
