Customer Support – Pflegesoftware / Healthcare SaaS (m/f/d)

You are the first contact point for our customers with technical and application-related questions about our care software – by phone and email. You accept support requests friendly and service-oriented, analyze the concerns and find quick, understandable solutions. You document inquiries and solutions carefully in our ticket system. You will continue to conduct more complex cases to the 2nd level support or the specialist departments. You pass customer feedback structuredly to the product team and help to continuously improve our software. You support the further development of auxiliary materials (e.g. Knowledgebase, Tutorials, FAQs).

Professional experience in telephone customer support, ideally in the IT/software environment. Complete training or study with technical or commercial focus – or a comparable qualification. Embossed service orientation, high communication skills and joy in dealing with people. Structured, solution-oriented working and the ability to remain friendly and sovereign even in stressful situations. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Knowledge in German healthcare, especially in care and accounting or industry-specific software, is a clear plus.
