Project Risk Manager (m/f/d)

In this key role, you support the project management in identifying, assessing risks at an early stage and initiating effective countermeasures. Operational risk management: You carry out project-related risk management, document results and carry the lead in the creation and maintenance of the project risk catalogue.

Moderation & Consulting: You prepare risk management workshops, conduct them through and advise project managers as well as risk owners in the assessment of probabilities and severity.

Monitoring & control: You monitor the status of identified risks, assess the effectiveness of mitigation measures and determine monitoring intervals.

Interface Management: You act as a link between project management, controlling, quality control (QC) and company risk management. You shall ensure that all parties are provided with the necessary tools and reports.

Reporting: In the event of changes in the risk budget or the occurrence of high risks (risk value > 8), You provide the data for company reporting.

Expertise: A sound understanding of risk management processes and project methods. You are safe in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex risks.

Methodology & moderation: You are experienced in the workshop-modernization and understand how to document complex issues structuredly and to communicate them in an address-oriented manner.

Analytical thinking: You work in a solution-oriented manner and possess the ability to develop sound recommendations for action for management.

Personality: You are powerful, objective and also preserve sovereignty in critical risk issues.

Tools: A safe handling of modern risk management tools and reporting systems is obvious to you.

As a PRM, you have extensive powers in risk assessment and the determination of monitoring strategies. You are not only administrators but active designers of project security.
