You represent the management of the technical service and take responsibility for the organisation, deployment planning and coordination of the team You are responsible for the safe operation of the electrical equipment, from power supply via telephone and patient call systems to electrical equipment in the house. You plan maintenance and testing, control maintenance and repairs and keep deadlines and regulations in mind You also work on a factory-wide basis, even in ventilation, heating and air conditioning You bring your know-how into reconstruction and modernization projects and actively accompany the ongoing renovation of the house. You are contact persons for specialist departments, external service providers and specialist companies

Master or technician (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering or studies in electrical engineering /m/w/d) Professional experience in electrical or building technology, whether from crafts, industry, facility management or hospital desire to take responsibility and bring a team together; first leadership experience is a plus, but no need Willingness to participate in readiness, ideally with place of residence in the region Class B driving licence Reliability, team spirit and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
