Specialist Complaint Management & Data Protection (m/f/d)

You coordinate and process customer complaints independently – from acceptance to final clarification You ensure a timely, comprehensible and high-quality processing You communicate and agree with customers:inside, internal specialist departments and external lawyers:inside Analyze complaints, identify causes and guide appropriate improvement measures You monitor, evaluate and process data protection cases and incidents You check the handling of personal data in the operational business You support the departments in compliance with and implementing data protection requirements (GDPR) You document, follow and reportest complaints and data protection cases carefully and structured

You have a degree (e.g. economic law, business management, law) or a commercial or insurance-related training with relevant professional experience You already have experience in complaint management, data protection or compliance Knowledge of data protection law (especially GDPR) is advantageous You draw your attention through a structured, careful and reliable way of working, as well as pronounced analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking You are resilient and keep a cool head even in challenging complaint situations You are sure to go with MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C2 level) You are a high-communication team player with pragmatic solution approach
